Horse registrations and reservations can ONLY be made using the online forms below.

Payments are only made online using the international Stripe system. Online payment is made automatically after completing the reservation form.

The deadline for submitting applications and fees is June 15, 2026.

Statement on attaching documents *

The entry is accompanied by scans of the horse's current registration documents. This entry is invalid without the contact details of the person entering the horse. The person responsible for the horse is its owner or leaseholder, but the person making the entry (presenter, other employees, e.g. stablemen or veterinarian) may be considered an additional responsible person if they are present at the show or make important decisions regarding the horse.

All prices are net prices.
Applicable VAT shall be added where required.
Advertising materials must be provided by the sponsor within the deadline indicated by the organizer.
Logos must be delivered in vector format: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG.
Banners and printed materials require the organizer’s approval.
The number of Platinum / Gold packages may be limited.
Advertising services shall be provided upon signing of the agreement and confirmation of payment receipt.
