All Nations Cup 2019 - the Breeders' Cup for Poland

One silver and two bronzes, special trophy for the best European horse of private breeding and the Breeders’ Cup – Poland takes a fairly big slice from the All Nations Cup 2019 cake.

Yearling fillies
There were four Polish fillies in the show ring, of which the best performance was delivered by Janów’s AMIRATA (EKS Alihandro – Alhasa/Ganges). With a score of 91,08 she placed third and qualified for the championship.

Yearling colts
The only Polish contender, Białka and Janów Champion STAR FARID (RFI Farid – EKS Star of Africa/Marwan Al Shaqab) bred and owned by W. Parczewski, placed fourth and with a score of 90,63 qualified for the championship.

Two years old fillies
Well-known Janów’s ENCARINA (Ascot DD – Eneria/QR Marc) scored solid 92,10 and went to the championship, as well as Michałów’s PROTEKCJA (Ekstern – Pentra/Poganin). The differences in scoring were minimal - PASCUALA (Ascot DD – Palmeta/Ecaho) bred and owned by Janów Podlaski Stud received only 0,05 less than Protekcja and only 0,05 more than Michałów’s EL BELISSIMA (Ascot DD – Ekliptyka/Ekstern).

Two years old colts
ERANTIS (Ascot DD – Eugara/Om El Belissimo) bred and owned by Janów Podlaski made it to the Class Top Five.

Three years old fillies
In the large and even class three Polish fillies of three different breeders were shown. Janów’s  PARANTELLA (Kahil Al Shaqab – Palanga/Ekstern) was second. ESCOTIA (Ascot DD – Emancja/WH Justice) bred by S. Sławiński and owned by A. Janas-Naze joined her in the Class Top Five.

Three years old colts
Polish National Junior Champion, AMES JR (Psytadel – Altara/Gazal Al Shaqab), bred and owned by J. Ryżkowski, placed in the Class Top Five and advanced to the championship.

4-6 years old mares
As ususal, Polish representation was particularly numerous in this class. Nine widely recognized mares entered the showring and took all top three places in the both sections (sadly, only two first places gave the championship ticket). The highest score (of all mares & fillies) – 93,83, including 6x20 for movement - was received by Janów’s ALSA (Kahil Al Shaqab – Alameda/Wachlarz), currently on lease to Ajman Stud. The second section with 93,33 points has been won by Michałów’s WILDONA (Shanghai EA – Wilda/Gazal Al Shaqab), leased by Al Sheikh Stud. Second places were taken by Janów-bred mares – PRUNELLA (Abyad AA – Pradera/Hiayyil Ramadan) owned by Suweco Stud and  ANAWA (Abyad AA – Anarchia/Gazal Al Shaqab) owned by Armada Arabians. Janów’s PREGOŁA (Vitorio To – Perespa/Enzo) and Michałów’s PUSTYNIA KAHILA (Kahil Al Shaqab – Pustynna Malwa/Ekstern) were third.

7-10 years old mares
From the Michałów’s trio performing in this class, the highest score was granted to WIEŻA MOCY (QR Marc – Wieża Marzeń/Ekstern), who placed second in the class, losing only to the future gold medal winner, Maisa Al Nasser. Another two, PIACENZA (QR Marc – Primawera/Emigrant) owned by Al Shahania Stud, and EMANDORISSA (Abha Qatar – Emanda/Ecaho), also placed in the Class Top Five. PIACENZA, thanks to her high score, qualified to the championship.

Four Polish-bred mares placed in the Class Top Five. The first place was taken by EKSPULSJA (Gazal Al Shaqab – Elandra/Monogramm) bred by Michałów Stud and owned by Halsdon Arabians, second – Janów-bred, Akmal-owned PEPITA  (Ekstern – Pepesza/Eukaliptus). LAWINIA (Ekstern – Luanda/Emigrant) bred and owned by Michałów Stud was fourth, while ELLISEINA (Galba – Ellissara/Laheeb) bred by Michałów Stud and owned by AKF Poland – fifth.

Głowacki, represented Polish breeding in the last class. LISSAR lost only to the future unanimous gold champion, SHANGHAI EA. ETERNAL also received Class Top Five title.

Championships
In the Senior Mares Championship 8 out of 10 participants were bred in Poland – therefore medal chances were high. Similar to the class results, ALSA was chosen Reserve Champion Senior Mare, while WILDONA received the bronze medal. On the top of that, EL EMANDO (QR Marc – Emanda/Ecaho) bred by Michałów Stud and owned by Stephanie Boviens, placed third in the Geldings Championship.
