Pogrom is a son of QR Marc and grandson of Marwan Al Shaqab, one of the most valued sires in the world.
On the dam’s side Pogorm represents the famous Janów “P”-line. An interesting racing pedigree of his dam Pętla, daughter of Visbaden, explains the athleticism of her produce. Pogrom’s half-brothers, the stallions Pedagog, Poligon and Pentagram were successful at the track and Pentagram was one of the best horses of his crop. Another half-brother to Pogrom, Prado, is a Polish National Junior Champion Stallion and Best in Show from Białka. Pętla has proven herself as a broodmare – her sons are of a stron build, steel health, full of type and expressive eyes.
Pogrom made his debut in breeding as a three year old in Midwest Arabian (US) and since 2014 is a chief sire at his maternal stud.
